Template View

A Template View in a reporting tool is a user interface or module that allows users to preview, customize, and generate reports based on predefined templates.

It dynamically adapts the report layout and content based on optional parameters such as:

• Period: Filters the data to a specific time range using Start date and End date.

  1. Click the Date and Time Picker to select the desired date and time range.

  2. From the Absolute Time Range options, select one of the following: Relative, Custom, Last 7 Days, Last 30 days, MTD (min 7 days), QTD (min 15 days), YTD (min 30 days), Last 60 days, Last 90 days or Last Year.

     If You Select Relative:

     - Use the Range type dropdown to select from Today, Yesterday, Last, This, or Next.

     - Use the calendar to select a start and end date.

     - Select whether to display the time in 12-hour or 24-hour format and enter the time in the provided fields.

     If You Select Custom:

     - Select a Start Date & Time and End Date & Time using the calendar.

     - Select whether to display the time in 12-hour or 24-hour format and enter the time in the provided fields.

     For other date ranges, the period is filled automatically.

     Once all selections are made, click Select to apply the date range.

• Select Hierarchy: Allows grouping or drilling down data by levels (region, country, plant, equipment and functional location).

Click Generate button on the left side of the page to create the report.
